Although I started with the best intentions, possibly not the best day to start. I forgot, I invited E to go for lunch at St John! But I'm going to stick with the plan and record everything. Including the lovely meal.
I’ve dusted off my Withings watch. So no excuse for not hitting some of the targets.
Well I don’t think it was that terrible in terms of health. No booze and we only had a main course as we are both working while Violets in nursery. Although I suppose a great big chunk of bread and butter is not on most diet plans.
